Real Techniques: Stippling Brush Review

Back in January with my first wages, I splashed out on the Real Techniques Stippling Brush. I had been eyeing it up for a while and I feel this is well worth the investment. I haven't used any other foundation brush since.

Real techniques Stippling Brush Makeup

Designed by Samantha Chapman a professional makeup artist and vlogger. (You can visit Pixiwoo for tutorials or the Real Techniques website.) The RT collection of brushes come in a coloured coded system, so you can create a flawless finish with the gold handle brushes, enhance your eyes with the purple handle brushes and achieve the perfect base with the pink handle brushes. The brush names are also on the handle which is handy! The brushes are made with taklon synthetic bristles which mean they are cruelty free.

I use the stippling brush to apply liquid foundation/BB creams and it gives a flawless finish. The stippling brush can also be used to apply bronzer, blusher, highlighter etc. I just prefer mine for foundations and BB creams.

It's a sturdy brush with a non-slip handle. My previous foundation brush had a shiny handle which made it slippy. I love the soft brush hair. I have had no problems with any fallout or shredding of bristles when using or washing the stippling brush.

If you don't have this brush, I urge you pick it up. It's easily one of my holy grail products and I will with no doubt be adding to my Real Technique brush collection.

Available in-store and online from Boots and Cloud10. Priced between €13.50 and €15.99.

  2. I love the entire RT collection. I just did a review on the new limited edition ones too. You should get them and tell me what you think of them. :)
